Bazel / Intelli-J Plugin Improvements with Python + Transitions

In 2024 I have done some pieces of work to improve the Bazel plugin for Intelli-J. I’ve landed another improvement in early 2025, this time around handling for Python rules that are subject to Bazel transitions.
